1 /5 Jose Moya: Had knee injection appointment this AM. Cudos to the staff for getting me in the back in a timely manner. Laid on the table for an hour before finally getting up and checking myself out after getting a refund on my copay. I have seen veterinarian clinics take better care & awareness of their animal patients! If you are behind schedule or have issues you should have staff go to your awaiting patients in rooms or waiting areas & keep folks updated just out of common professional courtesy!! This is suppose to be a 5 shot injection series that started last week. I live 60 miles away and can’t reschedule at the drop of a hat! This completely throws out my weekly injection schedule & literally like no one gives a flip!! So sad of today’s society in general!! Just a great example of unprofessionalism in our work places today!!

5 /5 Dana Janysek: Dr. Krause did surgery on both of my husband’s rotator cuffs many years ago so I decided to go see him when I started experiencing pain in my right shoulder. He diagnosed me with having arthritis and tendinitis and I was given PT at the hospital and they gave me a steroid injection. I’m also being tested for carpal tunnel’s syndrome so hopefully I’ll be able to get to a neurologist soon and have that done so Dr. Krause can determine what to do next for my treatment.

Shauntezz Thomas: I had an appointment on October 7 and I was pretty nervous buttttt the entire staff made me feel so comfortable. The front desk staff kicked it off with the positive energy, the lovely lady that took my vitals and weight was super kind , and the woman who took my labs was absolutely wonderful . My doctor was extremely helpful and understanding she had a super great vibe and made me feel like she genuinely cared about me and my health . Unlike most doctors that I’ve seen my doctor took the time to actually explain to me certain things that I had questions about without needing to ask . I’m pretty stoked for my follow up appointment due to the environment and the people . Side note the facility is super duper clean and comfy ! Don’t let the comments scare you away .

Ronald Hyde: I have been a patient of Dr. Saldana for over 20 years. He has always been very attentive and thorough for my needs. He has promptly ordered tests as needed, and then Followed Up with effective treatment or a referral to a competent specialist. His exam room nurse has always been courteous and thorough in her procedures prior to each meeting with the Doctor. His office staff has also been friendly and courteous in scheduling appointments and promptly conveying information to and from the Doctor and handling prescriptions and refills. I do not hesitate to call his office with any medical issues. He is a great asset to medical community in Karnes County.

Brianna Beasley: This clinic is a joke. Dr Mitchell was my doctor and he would come in and talk to me for three minutes, acting like he knew what was exactly wrong with me. He prescribed me and my boyfriend all types of medications. I believe he does not know how to do his job. I got prescribed Xanax in jail and when I got out I went to Mitchell a week later A WEEK and he had the audacity to claim that it looks like I have a dependency on Xanax already? Keep in mind I only was taking the Xanax for a month and then in jail and I came back requesting my medicine in a week. If I depended on it so much why did I wait a week..? Oh and also he said "I might sell it" what kind of doctor is that? He lied and put on my medical records that I could have a dependency on Xanax and all I have is a severe anxiety problem he does not help I do not recommend him at all

Christy Recio: Teresa and Shawn are incredible vets and we trust our babies with them without question! The vet techs are always so warm and welcoming. Everyone is knowledgeable, kind and make sure you have a clear understanding of any procedures, vaccines or needs for your fur babies. Also, I am an overly cautious and helicopter fur baby Mama and the team today were so gracious, sweet and patient with me and ensuring I knew every step of the way what was happening with my pup. I do not trust anyone else to take care of our dogs except for Teresa, Shawn and their amazing Karnes City Veterinary employees.

Lauren Tefteller: I went in for a pretty deep cut I got from work. I waited in the waiting room for almost 3 hours till i finally got called back pretty upsetting honestly. For them to tell me they couldn’t do anything about and hardly even cleaned it it was so quick and rush when they was finally able to see me. My boss recognized to go somewhere else to get looked at which i did. The second ER I went to told me I should have received stitches but it was too late now since it had been over 8 hours. Not to mention there was a sick baby in the waiting room screaming and crying and no one seemed to care. Front desk worker was not the best either and when you look through the door window you could see All the nurses just standing around talking/laughing. So no I do not recommend this place to anyone especially if you need to be seen in a hurry.

je tu: I am so so pissed at this medical facility. I was referred from UT Health Medical Center this UT Health Hill Country around July 16, 2024 for a specialty appt 7 MONTHS away since this was the only opening they had. I called several times every couple months to see if anything sooner was open. NO TIME did they ask me for a new VA referral until 3 days BEFORE the appt and 2 of those days was the weekend. SO now I will have to wait till the VA gets the request from the UT Health so they can do the referral request. VA takes a while to do the request and with government employees being fired I will be blind before I can get some help. THANKS UT HEALTH HILL COUNTRY.

I’ve went a couple times first my son was 3 months the told me he had an enlarged heart… yeah always check with you pediatrician for sure… he’s fine and healthy… and then now knowing he has Covid a temp of 103.6 before I got there… not one time did they check him temp… going in and out of it where I had talk to him to keep him awake… all the did was check his Bp and O2 I had that in my pocket… didn’t think to drab the thermometer when you rushing out the door… so I left there place waiting over 2 hrs while your son is struggling… I’ll call 911 next time
