    Jordology: Tony and Kayla were the most exceptional techs! Tony did a full set refill with shellac on my toes and Kayla did a full set refill with shellac on my hands. They were so gentle, kind and very efficient. They obliged my every request, and were happy to do so! Alex the shop owner was incredibly attentive. He made my aunt and I aware that if we were at all dissatisfied with our service, he would be more than glad to fix it for us. The ambience in the shop is also very relaxing and really makes you feel like youre receiving a luxury service! 10/10 would definitely recommend and will be returning!

    Nakkita Armstrong: Went for a pedicure. Had a lady upset that I received the menu and had water filling my pedicure tub before hers although she had an appointment. Had nothing to do with me but she proceeded to keep asking me if I had an appointment which I ignored because that was none of her business and she felt she should have been receiving services before me. And although she was verbally rude to the staff they managed to cater to her. I went for a full set, eyebrow wax, and shellac pedicure. I will say they got me right in for the pedicure portion in which I’m glad the other services would have taken much longer as I had to leave by a certain time. A basic shellac pedicure cost $48. $28 for the pedicure and $20 for shellac. Ridiculous, seeing how the work was less than mediocre and you charged me that much more just for the type of polish and light to dry it. I cheated on my normal place because I didn’t feel like driving 30 minutes away. In which they charge less for a shellac pedicure with the works and you can receive any type of beverage of your choice for $15 less than this place. And they do an amazing job. Never again! Not to mention the other lady that was being rude was offered a beverage but I wasn’t. No worries. I will take my business elsewhere. I hope this is a learning lesson for the staff.

    Trish Lee: Loved coming here. This was my first visit, and I was seated and served right away! They have an assortment of complimentary drinks and also free food and boba drinks today for the grand opening. Nice spot in the area. Definitely be back

    Jodee Fuentes: DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I came here while I was visiting town. They were rude and charged me a different price than a regular customer getting the exact same thing. I want to know how a $30 pedicure and $50 full set come out to $101!!!! The nails are bad. There is so much product underneath the nails. They are so uneven and some are even missing color in places. Now for the pedicure, she cut me with the cuticle trimmer multiple times to the point I was BLEEDING! There is polish on my skin, and she didn’t cool off the hot towels so I was burned. They were extremely unprofessional. Your money is better off going in the trash instead of this place

    Lo Simone: I’ve never felt so uncomfortable during a pedicure. The technician cut me multiple times to the point that I was bleeding on both feet . She placed solution on all my cut , which made my pain increase and I was hurting during the whole process of my pedicure. She was nonchalant about the situation and didn’t properly accommodate me on her mistakes.I loved how my toes came out ,but it’s day 5 and my toes are still hurting.

He always visits with you before your massage so that he can customize your massage to your needs. I highly recommend Spa Lucia. Everyone is so kind and professional. UPDATE: August 17, 2023 Thank you Andrew for a healing, relaxing massage. Your massages help to keep my muscles happy and spirits uplifted. Just imagine how effective a weekly massage would be! Sweet Lucia gave me a chocolate, oatmeal, honey facial. Something new for me. It was wonderful. Not only was the fragrance delicious the results were amazing. It really nourished my skin. Again, imagine how your skin would benefit from regularly scheduled massages. Check out their "membership plan". UPDATE: July 11, 2023 Another facial by Lucia! It was so relaxing and my skin felt nourished and happy! I also attended a book signing hosted by Lucia at the spa for Tonya Parker who has written "Rise Up - Taking Your Life to a Higher Level" . I am looking forward to reading her book. The spa is always pretty but had a bit of added sparkle. Everyone received a bit of pampering and some cooling refreshments. On such a sweltering day upon arrival, we were presented with chilled neck wraps - what a thoughtful touch! Be sure to consider Spa Lucia for your small special events, girls night out, birthday party...Lucia is creative and accommodating. UPDATE: May 16, 2023 Just had a most relaxing afternoon at Spa Lucia! Andrew Todd is an amazing massage therapist. I shared that I had worked in my flower beds in the morning and that my back and shoulders were not happy. He went right to work applying hot stones and massaging my tight muscles. It was a very relaxing and beneficial experience. I feel so much better. Next I had a facial by Lucia. Lucia is very experienced and knowledgeable and gave me an amazing facial. My skin is so happy and my body so relaxed. Make an appointment and treat yourself to an amazing experience.

    Renee Chavez: I come here to get my eyebrows threaded, I had used to get my eyebrows waxed but I couldn’t stand it anymore. Melissa helped me get my eyebrows back and she has shaped them really nice since I started to come here. It can sometimes be busy but that’s a good thing, because then it shows how good they all are at what they do! Maybe expect to wait a few minutes but there is plenty of seating to get a lil comfy. It’s no biggie, I love signature brow they are good people good vibes I definitely recommend!!
