1 /5 Natale Vittori: I had an appointment today Dec 30 2024 at 8 : to draw blood. I was received by a very rude medical assistant which did not even have the education for saying a simple good morning to a patient which well anticipated what was going to be the outcome ; She started the procedure and fail at the first attempt ; I told her that I took 5 full glass of water and also prehydrated the day before asking to retry in the second hand. She consulted with the some medical Doctor assistant and without me getting a reply , she gave me a list of other providers and said that she is not going to try drawing blood anymore ; not a word of sorry or sympathy with the situation ; she let the room leaving me alone ; In front of such a situation of an early inexplicable discharge and humiliation , I have to drive all of the way to CPL labs in Lewisville. At this location instead, I was well received and the medical assistant draw blood in her first attempt. This new assistant knowing what I went trough, told me to go back o the facility and that she will back me up with the Manager and testify how she was able to draw blood without any problem. I went back to Quest Care to speak with the manager and prove how the CPL person was able instead to draw blood without any complication ; they told me that she was not present and I gave them my phone number ; up to this moment nobody have called me. This Quest care in Coppell Texas, is the very WORST facility that I have been in over 30 years of living locally assisted with rude and non well medically trained people. They do not have the least idea of what is customer care and medical attention.

5 /5 P Wade: I have been with this clinic since I moved to Texas and that was almost 5 years ago! The staff are amazing! Mrs. Lynn is great at taking care of her patients and Saima is by far the best ever! She is a great provider to see. If anyone is looking for a good provider for follow-up care or is searching for primary care, please book with Saima Ali!

I’ve been coming for a while and doctor Ali always listens and put my best interest first. I do not feel like a number working with these two. Thank you guys for all you do! You won’t regret coming here!

5 /5 Onisa Treibs: I can’t say enough good things about Dr Bharti’s office! I have an incredible experience every time I visit!! When I call, they recognize me by name and it is clear they know me and my needs. Ii’s rare to find that level of personal attention in a busy medical practice! Last week I completely missed a scheduled appointment… Shri her Medical Assistant somehow worked a miracle to fit me in even when it was all my fault. Shri showed me grace and kindness knowing how important my visits are. They all treat me with genuine warmth, respect, and compassion. These days you have to be your own health advocate, I am thankful I found Dr. Bharti. She makes it clear that my well-being is her top priority. I am beyond grateful to be in such capable and caring hands. Highly recommend this wonderful team to anyone looking for an office where you’re treated like more than just a patient—you’re treated like family.

5 /5 CAROLENA: Both Physcians Dr Bharti and PA Saima Ali have exceptional bed side manner. I am primarily seen by the PA Ali. I hesitated to be seen by her when Dr Bharti was not available on a time slot I wanted but to my pleasant surprise Dr Ali exceeded my expectations! I must say that out of my 40 years of being seen by various physicians in various states Dr Ali is by “far” the Best! Extremely kind! Always smiles with a “Hello” upon entering. Begins by asking you personally… how are you? (not reading the questionnaire check box telling you what you’ve wrote) gives you eye contact as she speaks. She doesn’t push medication like so many physicians do but listens to my expressed concerns for identifying the cause for my visit or medication side effects. If I address a health problem not mentioned for my initial visit…NEVER…has Dr Ali told me “let me see you another day for that” as I have been told by other doctors. I find this absolutely amazing because I have RARELY felt like a physician actually cared about me during the office visit. I do under Salma Ali’s care. Dr Bharti says hello to me by name as I walk through the office although I am being seen by her PA. These two are a great team for the care of patients. Rare in this world! Thank You Both for the exceptional care I receive each visit. Oh…let me not forget the office workers, nursing care and business manager are worth commending. They return calls and try diligently to solve concerns doing so with respect and kindness. I also have never experienced a long waiting period to be seen and even if I did….it wouldn’t bother me with these two because they are most likely showing the same kindness to another. :-D Whom ever may read this please know I wrote this on my own initiative.
