1 /5 Natale Vittori: I had an appointment today Dec 30 2024 at 8 : to draw blood. I was received by a very rude medical assistant which did not even have the education for saying a simple good morning to a patient which well anticipated what was going to be the outcome ; She started the procedure and fail at the first attempt ; I told her that I took 5 full glass of water and also prehydrated the day before asking to retry in the second hand. She consulted with the some medical Doctor assistant and without me getting a reply , she gave me a list of other providers and said that she is not going to try drawing blood anymore ; not a word of sorry or sympathy with the situation ; she let the room leaving me alone ; In front of such a situation of an early inexplicable discharge and humiliation , I have to drive all of the way to CPL labs in Lewisville. At this location instead, I was well received and the medical assistant draw blood in her first attempt. This new assistant knowing what I went trough, told me to go back o the facility and that she will back me up with the Manager and testify how she was able to draw blood without any problem. I went back to Quest Care to speak with the manager and prove how the CPL person was able instead to draw blood without any complication ; they told me that she was not present and I gave them my phone number ; up to this moment nobody have called me. This Quest care in Coppell Texas, is the very WORST facility that I have been in over 30 years of living locally assisted with rude and non well medically trained people. They do not have the least idea of what is customer care and medical attention.
