I was asked by staff if Id like a copy of my labs before seeing him, which was a great idea, as it gave me the opportunity to look at my results and to ask questions. I asked ChatGpt for assistance and for suggested questions to ask about strengths and areas of concerns of my labs, and I was very satisfied with Dr. Menas responses. My wait time was excellent, and his staff is courteous and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Mena and his staff.

Jazmine followed through with those things I asked and we discussed. Dr. Mena spent more time than Im sure he really had. He addressed concerns, answered questions and developed a plan with me, so completely clear I knew exactly what I was to do. His knowledge base is wide and intensions are to assist me to achieve my best health. A very good experience- -beyond my expectations and beyond what I have experienced from healthcare in the past.
