5 /5 WannA: As I am "one of those = " who notices every detail of any sort of work being done on/for me.. I want to say that after trying several nail shops in Kerrville where mostly the overall results were disappointing or techs actually didnt care, walk-ins over appts, old products, feeling taken for granted despite being very very generous tip-wise/holiday$$, I recently took a chance on the shop Queens.
->Jennifer, there, did not in any way disappoint and tho it was a very late day appt, and she must have been tired, she stayed and made sure that the dip mani and spa/shellac pedi were exactly as the photo I brought her. She remained cheerful and professional thru out and ended my session with a nice neck massage! Gorgeous nail work, spaced appts for one/one privacy, quiet, relaxed environment.
I fully recommend Jennifer, and if you want to make an appt at Queens, best to TEXT her or your call could be sent to a voicemail if shes with a client.
