1 /5 Itsy Mitsy: Rude staff, couldn’t answer one simple question regarding accepting insurance. I called prior to make an appt and was told yes we accept your insurance only to be told no in person and wait 5 hours to be told okay we can see you but the dr doesn’t want to see you until 4 hours later because you missed your appt time. When it was their fault I missed it. Luckily a different dr was on call and saw me. They were so rude and handled the situation so poorly, especially on the way out. The reason I stayed so long waiting was because no one knew how to answer my question about whether or not they accepted my insurance. They were scrambling left and right, they have no phone etiquette and are outright lying just to get you through the doors. The person I had spoken to didn’t even communicate with the other staff about my insurance and then backpedaled and tried blaming me when I was clear about my insurance before during and after making the appt to not waste my time. Then they made an appt without my consent after the visit and still being so rude and condescending.
