From right when I booked my appointment with Katie, she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I came into PIN with very damaged Blonde hair (I am naturally a brunette). Ive been blonde for 10 years and my hair really needed some TLC. Katie knocked it out of the park.. she made my hair dream come true after struggling to find a great colorist in Dallas for years.
