1 /5 Lauren Petka: I hate to do this, but I just left my appointment for a color and conditioning treatment. I told my stylist that I wanted to get rid of the orange undertones in my hair, and she made my hair orange. They tried to convince me that it was just the lighting in the salon, so I stepped outside to look and it was truly orange. I asked her to make it darker, less orange (my original ask) to which she corrected it - but as we all know, once the color she put on top of the original color washes out, it will be back to orange and will stay until it all fully grows out (I have pretty long hair). At the end of it all, they charged me full price for everything. No manager apology, nothing. I am absolutely devastated and hope that others do extensive research before going to this salon, or at least booking with the woman I booked with.
Also, loved being stared at by the woman at the front desk with the big eyelashes the entire time. What a lovely touch that was.
