5 /5 Maria W: Took my daughter with me to Patty’s Nails today- my 7 yr old got a basic manicure & pedicure and I got a manicure. This was our first time there and I was so pleasantly surprised by their service & professionalism! My daughter really enjoyed both services and the nail tech did wonderful with her! Patty did my nails- she is so sweet, and I love the way my nails turned out. I just did basic polish, but she somehow made them look amazing and better than any basic polish I’ve ever gotten at other salons. I’ll post pics!

5 /5 Taylor Weeks: You could not find a better salon around! When you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and top tier service! It is clean and smells nice! My acrylic nails last three plus weeks (then I get them filled. I am on my third fill and they are holding strong!) Also, they do the fun designs and jewels. I always get compliments on my nails after visiting Stacy at Patty’s Salon (image below).

1 /5 Erin Mcclure: My kids age 19 and 17 went to this place because of the 5 star review on Saturday April 20th. I was not there but when they arrived home they were both upset with the service, and quality of the nails. I will attach photos. The 17 year Olds cuticles were not cleaned up and had gems placed on her nails because Stacey the tech said three times" Oh they will stay no problem". 19 year old shows me hers and they are so thin she can bend them in half, at this point I say just dont go back! Well they had an appointment for toes the next day which they didnt attended. Less than 24 hours later the 17 year old has a nail that just falls off. The gems just start falling off. I ask how much they paid "both 100 dollars..." At this point I have her call the tech. The tech from the start says your nails were to short. What kind of nail tech takes a customer and charges them $100 for nails/gems that she knows will not stay on! So she says she will take a look make an appointment. So we called Patty and she said come in Wednesday and we will fix it! I was like great! Good company.. Fast forward Wednesday. I am busy so my husband takes her up there, from the moment he walked in he could tell there was going to be problems. The manager says well you didnt show for your appointment so we will need to keep the refund you want of $25 for the gems that fell off plus the 10% discount she was suppose to receive on her first visit which they forgot to apply and they would redo the nails if she agreed. My daughter was very upset by that as she worked very hard for that money and was taken advantage of. At this point, Stacey comes in and tells my 17 old that her cuticles were a mess and no way anyone could fix them. At this point my daughter is in tears and the mangers gives back all her money. When I find this out I am truly upset so I call and ask why they would treat my daughter this way and excuse after excuse. Well we are just 5 days of 104 worth of nails since one was refunded and both have nails missing and a bad taste in their mouth. Pictures below. Definitely dont send teens in this place without an adult. Would not go back.

5 /5 Maegen Bunch: Omg! I can not say how amazing this place is, just go see for yourself. I have NEVER have had such an amazing experience with a salon. Alicia Romero killed my nails in an amazing way. Thank you so much. I will definitely be back. She was so patient with my OCDness.

Amelia Synoground: I have waited as long as I can to try and find the right words to post for this salon. My daughter had waited years to finally get to pamper herself and have a girls salon day w my granddaughter who just turned 13. Both of them came home in tears , with sever damage to their hair. I had to sit all night to help them fix it. After spending $500 at the salon. We had to turn around and spend another $200 to fix and undo what this salon did. And the owner wouldn’t even fess up to what she had done when my daughter talked to her the next day. The owner even hung up on her. She didn’t even offer to fix what she did wrong. I hope she feels good about her self because the monies used on my granddaughter hair $200 was from survivors benefits from her dad. She saved up because her hearts desire was to have a certain style. What horrible people charge a 13 year old $200 anyhow. And my daughter only wanted her roots to match her already colored hair which was $300 . I have never heard of that . Pretty desperate and pathetic to take advance of people by over charging. What they did should have never cost $500. Shame on you. I would feel horrible if I did that to anyone. And I would fix what I did wrong. You can see in the pictures my daughter ended up with hot roots from leaving the bleach on to long and the color wouldn’t take because of it. That’s why she has two colors and the colors never blended because they burnt her roots and charged $300 for this. And it took us over an hour just get the color off her skin . WTH ladies? I understand it was late and almost closing time but you just done treat people like this. My granddaughter wanted blonde streak with a few pink chunks and they colors her whole head a pink and red color with a balayage effect of pink and reddish tone at the bottom. She started out with brown hair and some blonde highlights that had grown out. She clearly did not want red hair. At the top. It’s only been a month and my granddaughters hair is now pink. The color didn’t even last. Horrible just unethical to charge anything at all let alone e $500. You seriously should be ashamed of what you did to them. And then took their money.

H D: First time here, did a walk-in, had a short wait then I found my new barber/stylist in Jessica. I was impressed with the way she cuts using some techniques you dont often see anymore. Also she is friendly and enjoyable to visit with. This place does it all from what I could see, everything from a more conservative cut like I get to these new sculptured, artistic cuts for the young and young at heart. I also saw an older lady getting a cut. Very fair pricing, right in line with the chain place in town.
