1 /5 Amelia Synoground: I have waited as long as I can to try and find the right words to post for this salon. My daughter had waited years to finally get to pamper herself and have a girls salon day w my granddaughter who just turned 13. Both of them came home in tears , with sever damage to their hair. I had to sit all night to help them fix it. After spending $500 at the salon. We had to turn around and spend another $200 to fix and undo what this salon did. And the owner wouldn’t even fess up to what she had done when my daughter talked to her the next day. The owner even hung up on her. She didn’t even offer to fix what she did wrong. I hope she feels good about her self because the monies used on my granddaughter hair $200 was from survivors benefits from her dad. She saved up because her hearts desire was to have a certain style. What horrible people charge a 13 year old $200 anyhow. And my daughter only wanted her roots to match her already colored hair which was $300 . I have never heard of that . Pretty desperate and pathetic to take advance of people by over charging. What they did should have never cost $500. Shame on you. I would feel horrible if I did that to anyone. And I would fix what I did wrong. You can see in the pictures my daughter ended up with hot roots from leaving the bleach on to long and the color wouldn’t take because of it. That’s why she has two colors and the colors never blended because they burnt her roots and charged $300 for this. And it took us over an hour just get the color off her skin . WTH ladies? I understand it was late and almost closing time but you just done treat people like this. My granddaughter wanted blonde streak with a few pink chunks and they colors her whole head a pink and red color with a balayage effect of pink and reddish tone at the bottom. She started out with brown hair and some blonde highlights that had grown out. She clearly did not want red hair. At the top. It’s only been a month and my granddaughters hair is now pink. The color didn’t even last. Horrible just unethical to charge anything at all let alone e $500. You seriously should be ashamed of what you did to them. And then took their money.

There is a great sense of pride that each of these talented women put into their service everytime I visit. I have been getting my hair done by Jackie for years and she is the only person I trust to do it right. Even my husband and son will not see anyone else because her services are perfection. I feel so fortunate to have such an awesome hairdresser right here in Rockport. Love ❤️ how she makes me feel beautiful!!!!!
