1 /5 Yesi Lopez: We have had the worst experience with patterson service center.. specially with their manager Benny he was so rude and screamed at my husband because my husband told him we needed our truck back and that we were tired of waiting.. we have been back and forth with this place since summer of 2024 and they still cant fix our truck after an accident my husband suffered at no fault to him and the insurance said we had to return rental because supposedly shop already finished our truck and they already paid them and the service shop has not even been working on our truck its still sitting in the lot. We had never had such a horrible experience with a shop or any place in general.

1 /5 Crystal Brunett: Worst place Ive ever been. You can bet i will drive to Dallas for all the services on my jeep. So utterly disgusted with how customers are treated. I spent $560 on parts to fix a friends car. they told me i had to prepay for the parts, so i did. Then they told me nevermind the original estimate of $1500 is now $7000. When we asked if they could just fix the part we asked, they said no and to come get the car. So, for no work. No labor. And pre paid part. They could only give me $120 back on the parts i pre paid for, and the justification was that the rest was for labor. Labor, that wasnt ever done. I guess i paid $440 for lifting the car up on a rack, doing nothing to it, and bringing it back down. Its utterly ridiculous. I wouldnt even suggest this place to my worst enemy. And i will be telling anyone that listens about my experience and to not waste their time or money here.

1 /5 mckenna cox: Worst service I’ve ever dealt with. It took a month for them to take my car in and actually fix the problem with my engine. They priced me $1200 for my AC to be fixed but priced my dad who paid for it only $650 for the same ac fix. 2 days after getting it back from it being at the shop for almost 2 weeks, my heater doesn’t work. They also left some cover hanging down off the bottom of my car when I picked it up. Worst service department to deal with

5 /5 Jamie S.: I just wanted to give a five star review to Jacqueline!!! She was so helpful from scheduling over the phone, to making sure I had what I needed. Very friendly and helpful during the process of checking in and going over everything. My husband was on the way up but she made everything so easy and quick, I was able to handle it myself. Great loaner truck. Everything has been so positive so far. Will reevaluate my review after my truck has been serviced. But she definitely deserved some credit. Thank you!!

1 /5 Leif Daddow: If you are thinking of purchasing or using Patterson service center in Tyler be forewarned that they are understaffed and unable to meet customer needs in a timely manner. Dropping a vehicle off and waiting 3 days before it’s even looked at is not something I signed up for.
