3 /5 Kelli Garza: Ive gone to this salon for my nails and today, I had the head spa experience. I recommend the head spa but they need to take into account that its cold when your head and upper back are wet and have some better blankets. Do not waste your money or time on getting nails done. I cannot remember the nail techs name but she was pregnant and very sweet but my nails looked terrible. I had to ask her to file them. Very strange. I got a new set of acrylics and they look awful. Ive been getting my nails done since 1995 and this was the worst. Get the head spa but skip the nails. These pics are from a week later and I pushed back my own cuticles but all of them look like ski jumps.

2 /5 Jane W: I got my nails done on Wednesday, and by Friday, they were already peeling off—so disappointing! I wanted to enjoy a nice weekend with beautiful nails, but they didn’t even last two days. While the design looked great and got compliments, the quality was terrible. I paid $100, and it was definitely not worth it. I hope the salon improves its techniques and materials because I won’t be coming back otherwise.

1 /5 Gabriella Solis: The first photo is what Susan did for me about a week ago. Exactly what I asked for, shape and length wise. The 2nd and 3rd photos are what Michael left me with today. Admittedly, I walked out after seeing how he RUINED my natural shape and length, leaving every nail on my right hand (besides my pinky) uneven. I was very clear with him when I said “no trim” and he said “I just file.” I was fine with filing and he showed me my pinky shape prior to continuing, which clearly is fine. As you can see, the others are uneven and he tooth off length. Language barrier aside, even if I was okay with taking off length from my natural nail, they’re uneven and not salvageable without time. The manager offered another woman to finish my manicure, but I was not going to PAY for ANYTHING after he ruined my nails. I would have been happy to pay for what I asked for, but even if someone else were to “salvage” what Michael messed up, I would be left with something I didn’t ask for. Thankfully my nails will grow out and I can go somewhere else to have them manicured properly, but this experience was terrible start to finish.

5 /5 Sophie Kroll: What a gem for Wichita Falls! This place feels like the bougie nail salon and the prices are insanely affordable. You even get a complementary beverage, which is the icing on the cake. The sweet lady that did my nails was so quick, but also a perfectionist which made it so much better! Highly recommend and cannot wait to come back!
