5 /5 Victoria: The first time Dali turned me blonde I was hooked! I’ve seen many stylist and truly mo one does a better job. Check out the pictures on Facebook! I mean honestly I get complimented on my hair often. I’ve learned from experience how hard it is to find a hair stylist that truly can make your hair color fit you. Dali is 10/10.
