I also like the room design of the salon which is very cute and cozy, far from hectic. Whitney did my hair and she is very skillful with my not-so-easy-to-style hair type. And I really like my new hair cut ! She made my hair dreams come true :))))

I was hesitant at first because my hair is curly, and I have a hard time trusting others to do it right. But the cut and color are just perfection every time. I have gone out in public recently and have had strangers come up and compliment or ask me about my hair. Love the ladies here, love all the music and love the environment! I have been to many salons in the area over the last couple of years that I have lived here and had a difficult time finding anybody who could get my hair to the blonde that I wanted. After coming here, Dena did an amazing job and got exactly what I wanted. She also did my hair for my wedding and it was absolutely gorgeous and lasted the entire day and the entire evening. Paola Trujillo: One word, unprofessional. I sent a loved one there, expecting it to be a smooth experience, and once they arrived, the staff immediately took a walk in, a “regular client” they said. When my loved one already had an appt at 12. And told me them to wait MIN. 30 minutes. I’d came here before to get a perm and it just burned my hair, and did no curls. Waste of 120$ I’ll never get back. Grow up as a business and maybe be more mm ..what’s the word empathic? That’s what the Beauty Industry is for. To make someone feel good about them selves not make them basically bawl walking out of a mid not even high end salon. Please go to Matique Salon Preston. It’s so close and 17386364 times better .

To my surprise, the owner was kind enough to come back to the salon just to accommodate me, which already showed how dedicated she is to her clients. I showed her a picture of the haircut I was hoping for, and she nailed it perfectly! She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and gave me the most amazing haircut. Not only did she do a fantastic job, but she was also such a sweet and warm person. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for such excellent service. I couldn’t be more pleased with my new look, and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a professional haircut.
