2 /5 lauren sartin: I’ve been a loyal customer of this salon for quite some time and have always been happy with the service and results—until my last visit. I went in for NexGen (dip) nails, and unfortunately, my experience this time was very disappointing. After just two days, the tips of my nails started popping off. I went back to have one fixed, but the next day, another one came off in the same spot where the tip had been glued. It was clear that the application was the issue, as it didn’t hurt when they came off.
I went in again, hoping for a better result, and asked for a different technician to fix it. However, the nail that was repaired ended up crooked, and after almost a week and a half, nearly all of my nails had popped off. Given that I paid nearly $100 for the service, I was really expecting much better durability. I tried using nail glue to reattach the tips, but that only worked for a couple of days before they came off again. Ultimately, I had to go to another salon to get my nails completely redone.
I’ve always had great experiences here in the past, so I’m really hoping this was just an isolated incident, but unfortunately, it’s left me hesitant to return.
