Drivers Edge - Flower Mound Kelly Burkhalter: call them because they were preferred by my warranty company I told them everything upfront they said bring it in we will diagnose it get with the warranty company and go from there turned out to be something my warranty company would not cover(but that is another story) we went to get the car and they said we owe $100 diagnostic fee I had asked all this upfront they never said anything about it so, my thoughts tell someone upfront if it is not covered then you have to pay it. But it being a preferred shop the warranty company sent me to it should have been covered

After this review the the Company called me and explained how the person I talked to was new and how it should have been told up front. so he made it right

Xavier, the manager, also let me know about my engine leak and how I needed to replace my valve gasket cover and spark plugs (I’m at 97k miles and they need to replaced at 100k miles). I’ve known about my engine leak for over 6 months, so this was expected and we came to an agreement. Xavier and his crew got to work immediately and did it quick and honored my agreement so overall solid experience.
