Roberts Automotive Repairs - Lewisville Morgan Simms: I had a terrible experience with Roberts Automotive. I paid over $4,000 for an engine replacement that was never completed. After picking up the car, the same problems persisted — and now the transmission is out as well. I brought the vehicle back multiple times trying to get them to make it right.
On the third visit, when I calmly asked for the repair to be done properly, they threatened to call the police on me — as if I was in the wrong for asking for what I paid for. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful.
I feel scammed, and now I’m left with a car in worse condition and thousands of dollars gone. Do not trust this shop with your vehicle or your money.
