Everyone from Lexi at the front, Dell setting things up, and Dr Bulsara giving me insightful knowledge about my dental needs was over the top with what my expectations were. Certainly your friendly neighborhood dental office for anyone in need of good work being done.

4 /5 Rez Gopez-Sindac: I have a great experience every time I visit Northwest Austin. Everyone in un the clinic is courteous, respectful, and excellent at what they do. Dr. Bulsara addresses concerns honestly, is technically skilled, and genuinely wants the best for her patients. My hygienist, Najma, is thorough and empathetic, and provides useful information about oral hygiene.

1 /5 Donnie: This is strictly for admin the cleaning was great. I had a payment plan with them and needed to pause a payment until the following week. I called 3 different times the week before and was told their finance l/accounting dept would reach out. Never heard a word or a follow up call or anything. I cancelled my card because the funds weren’t there. I have yet to have any kind of communication with them after calling multiple times.

5 /5 Shunelett Myintthu: Dr. Granados was very warm and welcoming. Not only that, but I felt close to zero pain throughout the whole root canal procedure, including during the shots to numb you. It was such a nice surprise because it’s been so painful at other clinics, but he made the whole process feel so easy. The rest of the staff were helpful and great as well!

5 /5 James: Been very happy with all my dental work here. Oral surgeons are very good at what they do. The dentist that does work on my teeth is Dr. Bulsara. She is very knowledgeable and very caring. I have experience in the dental field and have to say Dr. Bulsara is very good at her work and will tell you the reality of the situation about your teeth and what will work best for treatment. The office staff is the most organized and helpful I have ever been to. Thank you to all the Staff at Northwest Dental!!
