Kwik Kar of Georgetown - Georgetown Judith Gould: I was just cleaning my car and when I was ready to leave my car didn’t start. I got out and walked toward the garage area and I see Dom walking towards me. I asked him if someone could jump my car. He went into action and not only did he jump my car, but tested my battery. Sure enough it failed! To save money he told me to go next door to O’Reilly and he would install it. He called O’ Reilly, and explained what I needed. He was so nice and smiled throughout the whole thing. I was so impressed with his positive attitude, and professionalism. Chad assisted him and he was just as great; he even fixed my car clock.
Right before I left, Dom noticed a can of tomatoes under my drivers seat that was stuck. Sure enough he went into action and got it out! Lol, I left there feeling so taken care of. 100% Satisfied! -Kathy
