2 /5 Judy Gayle MASSEY-BRANNING: Too many lies to repeat. Horrible customer service. 2 months turned into 6 months, after repeated requests to finish our truck. Used our truck to move around other vehicles, instead of working on our truck. Had to return our truck 2 times to have the mess ups fixed. When I asked for a link to their reviews, I didnt get it, but for some reason they gave us back $460.00. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

1 /5 Glori Wyatt: Dropped off an 85 GMC Sierra for paint and some body work. Owner said he would complete job in 3 months. It’s been FIVE years. I finally just went to pick it up Bc I’m fed up with getting the run around. Took my daily driver to get some hail damage repaired and he didn’t even touch the roof. I called him and he said oh we don’t repair roofs for hail damage Bc nobody ever sees the top of tall vehicles. Don’t ever waste your time or money here.

4 /5 Terry Pierpont: Ive got an old Blazer that was in pretty rough shape nobody would even touch it to do the metal body work ,they did fix it up good, I went back to get it painted, we discuss what I could afford and he worked with me truck was there about a month and a half and it came out looking pretty good

1 /5 Richard Marroquin: I personally havent had any work done here but I can speak on behalf of my close friends and associates. They unfortunately have had a terrible experience dealing with the folks at Next Concepts. These tales of horror all ring the same. First, youll be asked to drop a sizeable down payment for the work to be done. Months pass and all you get is promises that the work will get done--and it never does. Then, desperation sets in after six to eight months go by and youre told "sorry we spent the $ on other projects and need more $ to get started on your project. I know of a guy locally who lost 4K--got nothing in return for it, just a broken down car with parts laying everywhere. Another guy had a paint job done that a third grader could have done better. Folks, be very careful if youre going to deal with Next Concepts, dont say you werent warned! Im not one to speak bad about anyone, but when people are getting screwed out of their hard earned $, someone has to speak out.
