Ginny and Jeff were very accommodating, professional and genuinely eager to offer complete customer care. One call is all we made for both vehicles and Ginny took care of the rest. She dealt with the insurance and rental car companies, met us up at the rental car office and had both of our vehicles back earlier than estimated.
