    Francisco Javier: UPDATE** I removed the cylinder head and found more extensive damage they did, broken valves, damaged pistons.. wow, im at a loss for words..i will mention that they did offer to try and diagnose it further, but it would cost us $600+.. then further charges for the repairs at more than $1000. so theyll destroy your engine then offer to repair...; Took an suv that broke down for a diagnosis... the guy poured used oil into the engine.. as one of the techs was scanning it and troubleshooting, one of his buddies, with no uniform, walks up, gets inside the vehicle and starts reving the engine until there was a loud pop and a ton of smoke shot out of the exhaust, they blew the motor. Then they had the audacity to say the engine was blown after that idiotic stunt. Im mad because theres nothing I can do about it. I towed the suv home, opened the valve cover to find a broken valve and ruined engine. If I could give 0 stars I would.

    red fox: Called to inquire about prices for a diesel truck maintenance. Multiple reviews state that the mechanic is excellent with diesel vehicles. The man who answered was short with me, and promptly ended the conversation and hung up while i was trying to ask for other places he may know.. surprised by all these excellent reviews. He apparently DOES NOT work on diesel trucks.. Will take my business elsewhere.

I took it to a Ford dealer, got an estimate to replace the body mounts, that’s what was making the noise, for $2,800. We are Winter Texans, so I spoke with my friends in Texas, they all recommended Doug’s Automotive. I talked with Steve at Doug’s Automotive, he was very knowledgeable and great talking to me. He gave me an estimate, $1,000, I made an appointment, he fixed my body mounts on time and at the quoted price. Great place to get your vehicle fixed.
