To include a new grill, Bumper and a paint job, among other things. Customer service was top-notch quality from beginning to end. Their communication was excellent and my car looks amazing! I knew the process might take time since my vehicle is a 2025 Chevrolet Equinox, and Brad had already explained that parts availability would be a challenge. Throughout the 55-day repair period, Brad consistently kept me updated with text messages, videos, and photos. Whenever I was nearby and dropped in, he took the time to show me the progress in person. He was always welcoming, professional, and accommodating. Brad was phenomenal from start to finish, and his team at National Collision Center was absolutely top-notch. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, my car looks fantastic again.
