My experience was Great when I requested to have my fuel injectors cleaned per Ford dealer to help my valve body last longer. Paul checked it out said none of that was needed (Ford just trying to make a sale) and told it was easy enough to do it myself to save $$$. I replaced it and over a year later no issues. When they are willing to help you by saving money and time over making a sale that sold me ever since. Very honest business and friendly service!!

5 /5 Rudy Hernandez: Had what I thought was a blown radiator on a trip to Austin. They helped me find a reasonable tow service, accepted my car and replaced the radiator by 11 am the next day. Turns out it was a blown head gasket and had to tow my vehicle back to Houston. They did quote me 6k repair price but I made the decision to bring it to my mechanic in Houston. In all, their staff was helpful, informative and provided good communication. Mr Paul and Mr Bobby, thank you.

I took my car to two different shops, only to hear that something about my filter or air flow sensor may be bad and I would have to leave it 6-7 days to do a diagnostic and find the problem first. While driving home upset, I saw Andre’s Automotive and decided to give it one more shot, especially because I could not pass a car inspection and my sticker was out. Let me tell you, the experience at Andre’s was a breath of fresh air! Andre was able to have it looked at and found the problem in minutes. I was in and out within the hour, and the fee was more than fair. I was so happy and was able to tip the mechanic for a job well done. Thank you Andre! You have a customer for life!

I contacted him yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon end of day and he was able to come out today (Wednesday) to repair 2 lug nut studs. He came in clutch as we were down 1 operable vehicle. Adam was professional, described exactly what was repaired and also mentioned what I should be aware of regarding future repairs (the vehicle is 14 years old). I’ll definitely consider Adam for future vehicle needs.

Bastrop Texas Mechanic (Main Owner) I am not sure about his name but he quoted a fair price. The day I came back to pick up my car he showed me the part that he replaced and asked for that part replacement price which was 60% lower than the amount we agreed. He could have easily asked me for that agreed price and I would have given because that was the deal, Instead, he showed his honesty rather than ripping me off. My oil pan was changed at a very fair price. Lots of respect and support for this place I highly recommend these honest people, good and clean work.

kalkkar: Currently trying to find better wording, few things, if they do not have a native english speaker they need to decline english speakers and not pretend to understand what is being said. Alot of miscommunication from someone named Miguel who they handed the phone to when i told them i know very little spanish has caused massive issues between weeks of no response from them untill recently when they told me they do not send out invoices to be processed by any means which is the first and only mechanic shop to not to do that despite the lady that finally called me said she sent it out then got yelled at by a guy in the back ground and then told me they do not send them out at all. I have texted multiple emails and fax they can send it to with no response and they have blocked my number for no real reason. I only wish i didnt need the vehicle moved that day on a national holiday weekend with every other mechanic shop filled up in surrounding cities or not have the lift to fix it. If you do buisness as a corporate entity or through a buisness office do not ask them for service.

Keith Bennett: I was 7 hours away from home when the truck broke down. I found Jordan’s shop “Center Diesels Service” and read the reviews and immediately knew I was in good hands. Jordan replied immediately and we started getting things worked out. I had the truck towed there and he was very honest and upfront about all of the issues and gave me options on what needed to be done. His work ethic is amazing and I admire that. The man was messaging at 10pm saying he was working on it or doing a service call elsewhere. If you are looking for a shop that is through, honest, has good communication, and good prices, Centers Diesel is the place to go, and Jordan is the man to talk to!
