Lady Nails - Corpus Christi Stephanie: Disappointed and frustrated with this experience. I came in expecting a $35 pedicure and was shocked to walk out with a $60 charge. The only explanation? Once the technician realized I wasn’t tipping, she suddenly “remembered” to add something to the bill. That is dishonest and completely unacceptable. A tip is earned, not assumed. I work hard for my money, and I expect the same level of effort and integrity from any business I support.
The service itself was rushed, careless, and poorly executed. There were visible specs of paraffin wax still on my feet when I left—an obvious sign of a lack of attention to detail. The customer service was equally disappointing: cold, inattentive, and dismissive from the moment I arrived.
To make matters worse, while I was there, another customer was visibly upset—in tears—because of how badly her nails were done. That alone speaks volumes about the consistency of poor service.
I only went here out of desperation, but I will absolutely never return. If more effort went into providing quality service rather than manipulating charges, perhaps this place wouldn’t be plagued with bad reviews and an empty salon. Highly unprofessional. Do better.
