I pretty much come every 2/3 weeks and they do an amazing job every-time without fail. Catherine did my nails and she knocked it out of the park! She’s funny, kind, and will have you leaving with a beautiful manicure! Always ask for Catherine!!

1 /5 Brinda Barcelon: Horrible experience! Unsanitary, terrible manicure, and bad service. I came in for a regular manicure. The manicurist filed the gel off, which I asked them to go easy on to protect my nail bed but they didn’t 3 times and still charged me $10 on top for removal. I asked to short nails for my job and the manicurist refused to cut them shorter. He didn’t completely paint my nails and missed a side (see pics) and my hands were extremely dry after the whole experience. The male technician I had was very unfriendly and rude. Also, during my manicure he stopped and trimmed skin off his nails. So gross. I don’t even know if they wash them between bc the towel they sued was filthy and he just dumped the tools back into the cart. Overall horrible. There are much better places to go that are cleaner, nicer, and do a better job.

Tia Berkley: I will say that they have a cool little spot but I got my services on Thursday and today my nail bubbled and did this. I was trying to find a place were I can get my lashes as well as my nails done in the same spot but I think I may want to go back to my old nail salon. I have never had this issue with them. Tomorrow I will go back to Arbor nail spa and have them fix it properly because I paid my money of course.

I called two other places to see the difference in rates and services, they have a better rate and higher quality of service. Some salons when installing acrylics won’t shape underneath the nail and that is a huge sign of a bad nail salon. Also changes in pricing attributes to whether or not it’s a good nail salon. I asked the price and they told me exactly what it was and that was exactly what I paid.

Meagan Hudson: My new favorite salon! I’ve been here three times now, and have had a great experience every time. The nail techs are kind and great at their job. I do not ever get nail art or acrylics, so can’t speak on that, but Karen gave me a gel french manicure and I loved it. She has also done a gel pedicure and it turned out great. She is wonderful to chat with. Shine has also done a pedicure for me before and it turned out great as well. I’ve come on a very busy day (Easter) and all the hard work everyone was putting in did not go unnoticed. The salon is clean and relaxing atmosphere.

Bailey Zavaleta: I’ve been getting my nails done by Sony since I was 17, I’m 24 Now. She’s been open to all of my nail ideas and I value her opinion so much. Shes absolutely KILLER at a Stiletto nail and I LOVE her French Manicures. She pays attention to the shape of the nail so well and it’s what I enjoy the most about her work. My experience in her chair is always positive and she makes me feel like the prettiest girl in the salon when I leave. She hand paints, does airbrush, and 3D gel. I ONLY book my nails with Sony! She does an amazing job of fitting me into her schedule when I need a new set. I wake up bright and early just to get my nails done by her and I typically suck at waking up before 10am.

Kelsey Rodriguez: I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this salon and will not be returning. After getting my nails done, four of them chipped and the gel started peeling off the same day. I had to waste my time and gas coming back to get them fixed, and this is how they look after the second visit—absolutely terrible. They were supposed to fix them, but I didn’t even receive an apology. Instead, I was told that they weren’t dry the first time and that my hand wasn’t in the light…(it was) that was but that was their explanation. This is not how nails should look fresh out of the salon. I can’t wait for them to grow out so I can get a new set somewhere else that’s actually worth the money. They look awful, and for the price I paid, this kind of service is unacceptable. I’ve attached a picture to show just how bad they turned out the SECOND time. (Scratched, dull, no shine of the ones at the end) I would not recommend this place to anyone.
