Chandler Bartlett: I called when they opened to make an appointment because it was my birthday and I wanted to make sure I got my nails done before my dinner. They gave me a super late appointment time, 330, and when I showed up every single chair was taken. I waited an hour and ten minutes for a gel manicure, I didn’t even have any polish or gel on to take off. I know nail salons give vague appointment times, but over an hour was insane. At the end of my gel, it was empty and three people were sleeping in the chairs. On top of it, worst gel I’ve ever gotten
Lauren Galea: WOW! I have had my nails done at high end salons in LA, NY, and Paris and no one has ever blown me away the way I was blow away here. Alex and Lee gave me the best manicure and pedicure of my life. They listened and delivered exactly what I wanted with incredible attention to detail. True masters of their craft for extremely reasonable prices. So happy to have a new nails salon I’d swear by in Austin. Can’t wait to come back.

Deanna Logan: I have had my nails done on numerous occasions but always requested dip, acrylic, or gel polish. This time she asked if I wanted to try the zen nail builder. There are multiple natural looking colors to choose from or you can get clear and paint over it. My color is milky white with a rose gold glitter polish. It did not take as long as acrylic would. Give nail builder a try!

Overall happy with nails. They removed a poorly done gel x nail from another salon and gave me hybrid gel instead. It looks a lot more natural.
There are a few imperfections - fluff stuck in between layers of gel polish and a few bubbles. Im sure if I noticed during appointment they would have fixed but I only noticed when I got home. Would come back for my infills and get the imperfections fixed.
Kate Len: OBSESSED is an understatement! This place is the real deal. Everyone that works here is the bomb. Maria and Amy are my favs for the nail services I like: acrylic + gel, and Michael is my fav for pedicures; however, I trust all the techs there to do a great job. I visit every couple of weeks for years now and they never disappoint. Great prices too. Thanks Austin Regalia!

John Schocken: Ive been coming here for several years for mani-pedi with Dan. I am always treated well and they are all very kind people. Jackie is always so sweet and they know who I am and feel welcomed like a friend. They have also been doing nails for my mom and other family members, and we are always happy with the result. I would recommend them to anyone in the area who needs nail services because I know they will treat you well.
