Jaclyn T: Mindy did an Excellent job on my nails! Best in a long while! They were a bit busy and she got up to help fairly often, but I was not in a rush so I did not mind. She was super sweet and very helpful with picking the perfect color I was looking for, too.
Anijah Jones: I got charged 80$ for BASIC WHITE nails. My OWN nails. Over priced. Not only that but I asked for marble originally and it came out terrible! Was my go to shop but never again will I go back.
Emily Scott: I am never one to complain but I am really disappointed with my experience here.
Came in at 1:40 pm (with an appointment) they sat me down and began soaking off my dip. Multiple people came in after me and the staff began working on those parties. By 2:30 pm and no one has come to get started on my nails. I have somewhere to be, so I tell them I need to leave. They charged me $15 for the “soak off” even though the dip wasn’t even full off my nails when I left. I am embarrassed to walk around with my nails like this.
Erin Medley: My sister recommended this nail salon, and they were absolutely fabulous! My daughter and I were walk-ins, but the entire staff was so quick and efficient that we were out of there, looking fabulous, in an hour and a half with two manicures and a pedicure. I’ve sat in salons for 3+ hours before with much simpler nail requests. Sisi did a wonderful job on my nails and all of the staff were super friendly and welcoming! I will be back!
Sabeen Baledina: Teresa is literally the best!! She does everything from gel x to builder gel. You can literally ask her for any design and she will do it. Like you know when you’re too scared to ask your tech for a specific look - she is so open, welcoming, and creative to whatever you’re looking for. She will copy your inspo pic to the exact T and honestly even make it better. This place has unbeatable prices and i’m glad to say i’ve found my forever nail salon!
Leanne Martin: Nail completely popped off the day after a dip. Not very good, shaped bad and cut too short. Was charged for nonsense extras like shaping and ended up paying $70 only for an entire nail to pop off the next day… I go back and get the one finger fixed.. and told her one was peeling she didn’t fix it, just added a top coat to a nail coming up and now another nail popped off.
Edit: Three dip nails should not pop all the way off in less than a week AND to pay $70 for that is incredibly disappointing
Nicole R: Chris is who you should go for. If she’s not available, come back another time. $5 for “callous removal” is a money grab. It’s always been included in pedicures at other nail salons. $140 for two classic pedicures and a gel manicure. Quality can vary depending on the team that you get. Nails are double teamed here - pedicure and manicure are done simultaneously. Nails being dry is an issue. I will return but only for Chris.
Lacey Bieltz: Went in today and had Anna do my Halloween nails. She did an amazing job!!! I love them, she takes her time and does quality work every time I go. Make sure you call before hand to make an appointment. :)
Ramon Allen: As a man who likes a good manicure and pedicure, I know how the process works. The times Ive been here to get either a manicure or pedicure, they always try to rush me out. It seems as if they dont care about men who want a basic manicure and pedicure because its not an elaborate sale.
There are too many nail shops are here in Plano who practice this policy. My money is just as good as anyone else. I have yet to find a shop that treats me like a valued customer. They way you treat me will determine your tip. Its very frustrating.
So now I have to go home to shape my nails the way I like them. I told them specifically what I want and as always, they never listen. My cuticles were not pushed back enough nor trimmed evenly. Nails were cut and filed unevenly too on both my hands and feet. AND they did not buff my nails....smh They added that oil and lotion on them to say, "Look at shine"...GTFOH!
Not to say your process will go the way mine has gone but I know I definitely will not be back at this shop to spend my money.
