1 /5 Madison Roliard: I usually have such a good experience here, but this time there were just so many things wrong. I asked for a french tip, and first of all they don’t even look right, they look all white and frosty and have a weird grainy texture to them. When the nail tech was actually doing my nails, she was dipping random powders all out of order, and my cuticles were bleeding from the nail file. The shaping is bad and inconsistent. Lastly, I am usually offered cuticle oil but was not this time; as you can see in the photo the skin around my nails looks super dry as a result.

5 /5 Pearl Ortega: LOVE the work that’s done here! I’ve gotten waxing, shellac, dip (66 shown here), and I’ve always gotten compliments on the work done. In all the times I’ve been here (I’ve been coming for 6 years), I think once I didn’t enjoy it because I was waiting for a long time for someone to come while my friend was serviced and we booked for the same time. Otherwise, they are super busy but very nice and try to give you exactly what you ask for. I’ll keep coming back!
