3 /5 Reagan Nicholl: I went in today looking for a fill with a design. The design is that orange design (I just wanted it in blue). When I sat down, it was an older gentleman who did my nails, he had told me that my nails were too long to do a fill and I needed a new set. I am a regular here, so I know I have gotten a fill with longer nails before, but I wasn’t as upset about that. What I was upset about is the fact that I had asked for a very simple design, and the gentleman went to someone else and asked how much he should charge, came back and said it was going to be $30 on top of the $55 new set charge. So $85 total. Now I don’t typically complain about prices, but my previous set from the same place (in red) was only $65 for a different design on each finger and pretty intricate. So when he told me that it was going to be $85 I said no thank you and asked for just one color. I asked for a more sky blue sparkly color, and he came back with that color and then the one that is currently on my nails because “that one is better.” It is not the color I wanted and asked for. If I go back, I’m going to make sure I get the guy I usually get and not the one I got today. It’s not fair to the customers for this to happen.
