5 /5 Pamela Dawn Adams: First time here and I Absolutely LOVE this salon! The staff are so kind, knowledgeable, friendly, & accommodating! I have very thin nails (vitamin deficiency) and the filing is ALWAYS a huge concern for me! I researched so many places before choosing Nail Haven & Spa, which is why I not only chose this salon but why I also wanted to leave this review and I hope it will help others that may have had my issues!
My amazing experience began with Lexi, and I have to say, what a great addition to the team she is! We discussed my concerns over the phone before I ever made my appointment. She was knowledgeable and friendly and didn’t rush me! She was focused on our conversation, I deeply appreciated that! She explained my concerns to the technician when I arrived, while Steven brought me a beverage, and made sure I was doing ok! Thank you, Lexi!
Brian, a 10 year technician, is the one who did my nails/manicure, and we discussed my concerns as well as my desires for my Christmas nails. I told him that I type a lot in my job, so I couldn’t have my nails too long. I then showed him multiple pictures and told him I wanted a blend of 3 of them. WOW, he did a terrific job!!! He filed as little as possible, was gentle throughout the entire process (I have arthritis in my hands and fingers). Brian explained that he “loves to make people pretty, stated it’s what makes him happy”! I love that and it was obvious in our conversation and the attention to detail in his work! Thank you, Brian!
Steven did my pedicure and it was wonderfully relaxing! He said, “it’s supposed to feel good, you just relax and enjoy it”! I explained that due to a car accident I am no longer able to get to my toes to do this myself, and that I truly appreciated him helping me. He was so kind and didn’t rush! I had to wait just a little while, as they were busy. I didn’t mind. They all kept checking on me to make certain I was alright and they just keep apologizing. Lexi brought me another beverage; It was just what I needed!! Thank you, Steven!
This was a process for me to choose the “Right Salon” and it’s very obvious that I did! I will be back, as this is my new “nail salon” home! I’ve already booked my next appointment!
