5 /5 Glenn Willett: Very cool place. Very nice people. ALOT of well preserved history. Vehicles, tanks, weapons, uniforms, medals, dog tags, photographs, etc. So much cool stuff. I have passed by this place several times over the last 10years and FINALLY made the right decision to stop by. Im so glad I did. The only thing that would of made this trip better, is if my family was with me. So much history from WW1, WW2, KOREAN WAR, VIETNAM, etc. There is also a section dedicated to Vietnam veterans and POWs/ MIAs. I went on a workday, after a work trip, so there werent many people there. I was able to get in, have the whole place to my self, take my time, take pictures and get out. They had a bunch of magazines donated to the store, and I was able to purchase a bunch of them. There were hardback books there also, but they werent ready for sale yet. The lady working the front desk also mentioned that in March, they would be doing a reenactment. They would be bringing out vehicles/tanks and cannons. Actually driving them around and shooting the cannons. I dont remember exactly, but I believe the entry fee was $14. Well worth it.! I hope to return in the near future with my family, so theu too, can enjoy the preserved history.
