3 /5 Samuels Kassandra “Kassie”: Im big on customer service and also I was a greeter, on the praise team, over the birthday celebrations, on the dance team and the members coordinator at my church before. No one greeted me when I came in the door and there was a gentleman sitting near the door. I asked him how do I get into the sanctuary he just assumed I was a member. He saw me looking around and still did not assist me! The church members really did not speak at the 8 a.m. service but at the 10:30 service I moved towards the front and an elderly lady was the first person that actually spoke to me. The only time anybody spoke to me was after I decided to join the church. The only reason why Im joining is because the church is close to my home and I really wanted a church to visit because our church has been virtual too long. I dont like that I have to go through new members class for a few Sundays because Im used to only having a new members/Partners class for just a few hours on one Sunday. But thats okay thats their protocol. The guest speaker was amazing... oh my goodness he was so good ! The pastor seems to be really caring ! I am a seasoned Christian so for me all the things that I talked about earlier really isnt a big deal for me but it is necessary if youre trying to bring new members in or wanting other people to join! These things are important to draw people in. You have to be genuine in your servitude and stewardship for Christ! There are things thats missing. Hope this helps the ministry!
