1 /5 Sandra Sanchez: We took our car to get an estimate because it wouldn’t start. Four days later we hadn’t heard from them so we went by the shop.
To our surprise the owner said that they had fixed it without giving us an estimate. It cost us $400.00 to replace a battery which wasn’t even approved by us but we went ahead and paid it.
Today same problem, I called and told the owner that we were having the same problem but he said it started when we picked it up. So he said we hooked it up to a machine but obviously the problem didn’t get fixed. He kept saying well it started when you picked it up so in other words it’s not their problem anymore. So instead of being sincere or trying to help us he was very rude and unprofessional about the situation. We would not recommend them at all.
