Deepesh Gupta: Amazing park with nice lake, and big playground for the kids. The camping area and restrooms are well maintained. We did 2 nights camping and really enjoyed it in May with nice weather.

Chris M: Extremely well maintained entrance and trails. They even have walking sticks to use and return. We only got to do a .96mi loop bc the rest was too muddy from the recent rains. So many beautiful wildflowers, birds, butterflies, and deer tracks. We will definitely be back when the rest of the trail dries out.

Farhan Rahman Arnob: Beautiful well organised park. Little bit smaller than North lake. But, it has more light on the trail track. Fountain increased it’s beauty. But, little bit looks flat and straight. Daily walking would be boring.

    Water Works Park - Denton
    Water Works Park
Rainbow Fairy: This is my favorite water park! Not so crowded that it takes forever to get on the slides. Not so empty that it feels like a ghost town. They have all of the classic stuff, like the wave pool, lazy river, kids area, and a variety of slides. You can bring your own food, which is perfect for restricted diets. They let you take off and hold water shoes on the slides, which is way better than Hurricane Harbor. Hurricane Harbor doesnt allow that, which means you can either not wear shoes (and burn your feet on the scalding pavement), or not ride slides. The cost is way lower than Hurricane Harbor too. Its the perfect water park.

Jeremy T.: William Square was an awesome free parking location on the day that we went. It was late evening on a Thursday, which isnt the busiest time but we had no trouble finding a spot and its a convenient and quick walk to the main denton square.

Lisa Moore: Nice and quiet trails. From this entry point, there are two paths, one a little off beaten and a main one that is clear, wide, and smooth. Nice scenery, tree covered-paths, open fields, and an epic overlook to see downtown Denton in the distance.
