2 /5 Lisa Prall: My dentist left me waiting because"there was an issue that came up." I found out, because the something that came up was in the next room. She had come with her husband who was checked in for his appointment. They were scheduling her for an appointment for a different day, while I was being checked in. But when she got in the room with her husband the dentist decided to "fit her in". When i was told something had happened i was going to have to wait i thought ok, things happen, probably 10-20 minutes. It was an hour! I was in pain from a tooth pulling from 2 weeks earlier that was very painful and not healing well. I asked her if she made me wait, in the chair for an hour for someone who was not scheduled and she just said "so sorry". I try asking about the tooth and all the bone or tooth parts that I kept spitting out but the only thing dr said was "so sorry" I told her the gums were too sore to even touch with my tongue and asked if it was infected because it hurt up onto my cheek bone, she said "its normal" thats exactly all she said, "its normal" then tried to numb my gums for temporary crown. She stuck the needle into the gum and I literally could not control the scream or getting out of the chair. It was a reaction to the pain and wanting to get away from it. Then she asked me if she could continue. And guess what she said when i said no, "Im sorry" 2 word answers to everything. I got more info just talking to the assistant. Other than this dentist everyone else in the office was great!!
