Time was taken during this appointment to not only learn about my dental concerns, but also about my health, my job and my family. This Dr. is not in my insurance network, but I will gladly pay out of pocket to continue being a patient! Top Notch Care!

5 /5 John Vance: I wish I could give them 6 stars. Desiree at the front desk is great and always calls me by name when I come in. Everyone else is friendly. Dr Philipps filled a cavity and I felt nothing. It was completely painless even when doing the shots to finish deadening the tooth.

I missed the appointment, and when they called to reschedule, I was so overwhelmed with grief from the recent loss of my husband that I couldn’t even speak without crying. The kindness and understanding they showed on the phone were truly remarkable. I couldnt bring myself to reach out again at that time, but life eventually moved on, and I knew I had to follow through on getting my tooth fixed. When I finally called to schedule an appointment, something truly extraordinary happened: they offered to fix my tooth free of charge, simply because they wanted to help me smile again during such a dark time in my life. Their generosity was a gift beyond words and truly touched my heart. For years, I’ve carried this story with me, but I never expressed my deep gratitude. Recently, as I opened the flower cards from my husband’s service, I discovered a floral card from this dental office, and it reminded me of their kindness all those years ago. I’m writing this now not just to thank them, but to let others know how truly special this practice is. They went above and beyond in a way I’ll never forget, and their compassion helped me rebuild not just my smile, but also a piece of my spirit. They didn’t just fix my tooth—they restored my hope. The receptionist’s coordinated to get me in just a day after my tooth broke. The staff were kind and helpful, very well educated with all equipment needed. The dentist Ms Helen Oboro Onuora was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The whole experience was the best I have ever experienced in Midland. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart! I highly recommend anyone going to see them for anything you may need or want!
Familia Dental - Midland Tracy Parker: Staff as well as the Dentist was very pleasant and patient. I had my friend with me she has slight dementia and I mentioned it to the front desk, she shared it with the assistant and the visit was very pleasant. I feel as though they went above their normal duties. My extraction caused them to go into their lunch hour and no one appeared to be upset or in a hurry to finish up with us which was very pleasing I would definitely recommend this particular location

I needed to get established with a dentist in Midland and I knew if she was as good as my dental hygienist I would be very pleased. I was not only happy and excited about getting to have my hygienist clean my teeth again but everyone in the front office was so courteous and friendly and Dr Burns was also. She explained everything well to me about my teeth and what I needed to do. I know I made the right choice!

Before i new it it was over. When I woke the staff helped me to my car.. i had very little pain. Dr Erickson called after hours to make sure everything was good. .. next day i felt great still very little pain. . I recommended. My only concerns are check your insurance they may not cover all cost..

My wife was nervous before the surgery and he made sure to make her feel comfortable and answer all questions .The guy that helps him out was also very very attentive and kind while we waited and made sure everything was okay. Dr. Gray checked up on my wife before end of day to make sure she was doing good after wisdom tooth removal. Everyone in the office was very attentive and professional . Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics of Midland - Midland jose: Dallana and Dr. D took care of my son last week and he couldn’t stop talking about how great his visit was. The assistant Dallana who attended him was sweet, gentle and informative. She went over the importance of brushing his teeth and showed him how to properly take care of his braces. And was checking up on him constantly making sure he was okay. She made conversations with my son throughout the service and made him feel comfortable and heard.
