Gianna King: My serpentine belt snapped just outside of Memphis, luckily I was able to make it to the loves parking lot and then to J&Js. I told them what happened and they immediately came out to look at my car and saw the problem. They had to go somewhere else to get a belt that would fit my car but they had me fixed up and back on the road pretty fast! They were super kind too and well priced! I really appreciate them.
Marisol Mikesell: They were so knowledgeable. They were able to identify the problem with our vehicle so quickly. Kaithen and Patrick worked so quickly to fix the problem and Joey was willing to take us in for an emergency. We were able to continue our trip quickly and Joey gave us a really great price! So thankful for Patrick, Joey, and Kaithen for all their help and great service!!
Jamie Walker Hooker: Tyler and Adam tried their hardest to get us out of a pickle, stuck in the middle of a storm without decent windshield wipers on the rental car. They absolutely went over and beyond to try to accommodate us and they were so kind and friendly! Thank you guys, seriously. At least we had some good laughs before the storm passed and we moved on!
Christopher Martin: Could not be happier about the tire service quality and customer service that was provided at this tire shop!
