5 /5 Gianna King: My serpentine belt snapped just outside of Memphis, luckily I was able to make it to the loves parking lot and then to J&Js. I told them what happened and they immediately came out to look at my car and saw the problem. They had to go somewhere else to get a belt that would fit my car but they had me fixed up and back on the road pretty fast! They were super kind too and well priced! I really appreciate them.

5 /5 Daniel Oliphant: We had a tire go out on a family vacation and we happened to be passing through Memphis and we are glad we did, J and J were quick and very cheap, they got us back on the road in no time.

5 /5 Brock Roberts: These folks are the best. Service is outstanding. Had a injection line blow in my truck. They saved the day. Ordered the part took us to a hotel and did a pick up for me and my wife. Good price point for Service!!!!! Wishing them a great 2024 also!

5 /5 Cass Huffman: This was not a planned stop for us, but we are so glad that we were near J & J when oil began quickly exiting our engine!We were first impressed with the humility- letting us know he wasn’t a shop set up for this, but said he’d try. He found the leak and was able to find a part in town to repair it. Ingenuity! Efficiency! We couldn’t have broken down on a better stretch of highway! Thank you!

5 /5 hanna kessler: 1100 miles into a 1500 mile road trip to Dallas the alternator belt went out. Luckily the car happened to die in town, so we were able to get it to J and Js. They didnt have the part in stock, but were able to get it in the next morning and get us out of there by noon the next day. Prices were good, and we werent in a position to say no so it was great to see that they didnt try to take advantage of us. They even gave us a ride to the hotel we got for the night and recommendations on places for dinner. Overall, very friendly and helpful. They made that stressful experience much better!
