Allen came highly recommended by another shop in town that was too overloaded to help. Allen agreed to do the repair, found a rebuilt transmission for $2000 less than original estimate, and worked with me to get the job done in a timely manner. He went the extra mile to check differential for any damage, flush the cooling lines to remore any metal and get the core returned for credit.
