1 /5 5th Power: I had a terrible experience with Action Towing in Marshall, TX. What should have been a straightforward fix turned into an absolute nightmare due to their constant upcharging. They quoted me one price over the phone, but by the time the job was done, the final bill was significantly higher with no clear explanation. Every little thing seemed to have an extra fee attached, and they weren’t upfront about the total cost until it was too late.
On top of that, their customer service was awful—rude and dismissive when I questioned the additional charges. I understand work isnt cheap, but the way they operate feels like a scam. Avoid this company unless you want to be overcharged and treated poorly.
Bubba, Ashley and Jeff should be ashamed.
