The experience was wonderful and had me check off my self care for the month. I went with a friend and she said it was worth a repeat as well.

1 /5 Fefedfaerie Sterling: I made 2 appointments about 2 weeks ago for 2 Royal Spa Packages (massage, facial, mani and pedi) for my husband and myself. We arrived on time at 9 am and was in desperate need of all the services mentioned above. Idk exactly what happened nor do I care but my husband went back for a massage and I had to wait. This was also suppose to be a couples massage. I sat the ENTIRE TIME he was in his massage. They never once offered me even a water!! When his massage was done we left they were like dont you wanna do the facials? No we dont! We are done thank you. We drove an hour for these appts. We will never return. My husband who has cancer just wanted some down time for the both of us and we got screwed over. Full price had to be paid for the massage which was good per my husband. But yall not even a WATER! We will not be back. No discount for another day nothing. So incredibly unprofessional!!!

1 /5 Michael Wachel: I bought my wife a whole day at the spa, which included a massage. Overall the day went well, except for the massage. My wife chose the "quiet" massage so she could just relax. The lady giving the massage proceeded to complain about everything for the entire time. She talked about how she hates Lufkin and the drivers dont know how to merge, especially the "straight, white, men drivers". She apparently thinks that southern accent makes people sound stupid so she tries really hard to get rid of hers? This went on for the entire time. Needless to say my wife was not impressed. In what world would someone think this unprofessional and hateful behavior is acceptable at a day spa for relaxing. Everyone is entitled to their opinions and views but keep them to yourself when youre supposed to be in a professional environment. I didnt want to post a review before trying to resolve the issue with the owner. I called to talk to her and was told that she was gone for the day and would get in contact with me. Two business days later....nothing.
