She jokes around, has a great sense of humor, knows how to work well with kids hair cuts (loves to give the kids fun colors and cuts), does wonderfully with my husbands hair(and he has really thick hair and insane cowlicks) and beard, and has put up with my crazy demands from going white blonde to dark to blonde and then perming even with my thin damages hair! She knows how to get you where you want your hair to be, just trust the process!
