Allison Price: I took my 6 year old over the weekend to get a shampoo & cut. We cut 5 inches off her hair! My little one was pretty nervous to get a haircut but once she was in the shampoo chair, the stylist had put her at ease. It is such a fun environment. All the employees are very aware of different aspects of children and their needs. It was so nice to see so much respect for a child. My little one left feeling like a princess and super happy.
Cinthia Navarro: This place is very friendly.
Only thing is that Courtland cancelled on me 3 times and didn’t let me know till the day of the appointment; It took me texting her in order for her to notify me about the cancellation. 2 out of the 3 cancellations I was already at the salon waiting on her, and on one of the cancellations her reason was that she had personal issues going on. I totally understand because things happen but shortly after she posted on her story doing other girls hairs at a wedding.
I feel like this was very unprofessional of her.
Kealey: Nicole was Super awesome. I let her cut 12 in. so I could donate it. She gave me some super tips for how to style my now shorter hair. I will definitely come back!
Emily T.: After searching for over a year, I finally found a stylist that actually discussed my hair with me! She asked about my goals, and daily care routine for my hair. Evette nailed my color perfectly, and she suggested a shampoo and conditioner that would be beneficial to the color that I chose and my routine at home care. I am so pleased with all of her advice and I’m happy to say my color stayed perfect and my new products really benefited the coloring and after care. I am also impressed with how up to date she is on Redken products. Looking forward to my next appt!
Kelli Hays: I am OBSESSED with my hair and of course Lana! She is hands down the very best in all of East Texas.
