Background: My husband has cut my son’s hair since he was a baby and has never allowed anyone else to come near my son’s hair with a pair of scissors…until now. Received several recommendations from co-workers who go to Ken and finally my husband relented. It was so well done and everyone is happy, including my husband who would have been the harshest critic! Ken was very responsive to texts, easy to talk to, and kind. The price was also reasonable- for shampoo and cut. Thank you, Ken! Highly recommend.

1 /5 Ha Nguyen: ****UPDATE**** I’m extremely disappointed with how unprofessional this salon has been. They called my friend, who made the appointments for us, claiming they wanted to “make it right” and even asked her to convince me to take down my review. When my friend suggested a partial refund, they refused and instead offered to “fix” my hair—despite being told I no longer trust them to touch it. If you’re not going to provide a refund, why respond to my post pretending otherwise? It’s misleading and dishonest to act as though you’re reasonable and ethical when you’re not. This business clearly prioritizes making money over customer satisfaction. I wouldn’t mind paying if I was actually happy with the results, but I’m not. I’ll never return to this salon, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. ********* I had a terrible experience at this hair salon, and I would not recommend it to anyone. I went in for permanent hair straightening, and partial highlights. not only it was pricey but the results were disappointing. My hair ended up less smooth than it was before, it was not straight or smooth and felt so fizzy even after spent hours for permanent straightening treatment which they charged me $200 alone for that plus hair cut and hight light, total I paid $340. I gave Nina my stylist a picture of haircut I wanted but came out nothing like I wanted. I left feeling frustrated and regretful. Even I am not happy with the results I still tipped cash on top of $340 I had to paid. T he shop owner insisted he gave me a “huge discount,” but that doesn’t justify the poor service and actually double charged shampoo twice. My appointment took an exhausting 5.5 hours because the stylist, who seemed very inexperienced, constantly had to ask her boss/owner what to do. To make matters worse, she nearly burned my skin multiple times while blow-drying my hair. What was supposed to be a relaxing experience turned into a waste of time and money. I missed lunch plans with my friend because of how long the process took, and I’m unhappy with the results. This was an unprofessional and disappointing experience from start to finish.

5 /5 Rebecca Smith: Use to go to a salon that would charge $105 for haircut/trim. Would sit in uncomfortable chair for 2.5-3 hours for a basic haircut..was too expensive so I started looking around and found M Hair Salon. WOW..I love this place. Nothing fancy about it but let me tell you they are amazing! First experience was with Nina. She was able to shampoo/condition, cut (2-3 inches) dry and straighten my in little over an hour! So impressed with her and can not beat prices. Today was feeling lazy and called and asked if anyone could squeeze me in for a blowout, Vivian was able to take me within 30 minutes. I have a lot of hair but she got me washed and dried beautifully in about 35 minutes. Faster than those blowout places and cheaper. I will keep coming back for all my future hair needs. Can’t recommend them enough! Ditch the over priced salons and go to M Salon!!
