1 /5 Kristian Patrick: My 2nd time here and wont be back. I booked with a lady named Lynn. I asked when I checked in at the front desk for the basic pedicure, and added callous removal due to dry skin. They tried to get me to opt in for gel, no thanks. They tried to get me to upgrade my pedicure, no thanks. The lady Lynn began scrubbing my feet, and I saw a lot of dry/hard skin left there, and she said "Oh, I cant get it, it will hurt you". I explained to her, my regular pedicure lady (before she retired- another location, would get the skin off every time). She continued to say no, I cant do it. Then she proceeded to ask me if I wanted to pay more to get more skin off? I said, pay more, Im paying for a service and paying extra for the callous removal. I asked her if I can ask someone else to do that part. She began to call her manager, and began speaking Vietnamese so I wouldnt understand the language, and the manager said no one else can help you, they are all busy. I said, that is a lie. But no worries, I will do a Google review. This place does a poor job only so you can come right back and pay their prices. Its really sad to hear about these poor business practices. I wont return. There are many other salons in the area. Very sad. The price you pay for the services you get do not equal value. Please save your money and go someplace else.
