Dona Kindle: I’ve been going to this Salon for over 15 years. I drive an hour to get there! It is the most courteous and professional team I’ve ever seen! I’ve seen Kim work with the elderly, and disabled people and never have I ever seen her or any of her team be rude to anyone. She goes out of her way to make u feel special! Kim takes care of her clients in every way!! This is truly the Salon u should choose!!!
amber carothers: Went to Luxury & got a new set of nails & a pedicure because my normal girl wasn’t available. New set of nails were good. She was very nice & friendly and did exactly what I requested. However, I asked her to do the pedicure and she handed me off to another girl. They are getting a 1 star from me because the girl who did the pedicure had an earbud in her ear and talked the entire time, in Spanish. Unbelievable and rude!!! She was VERY slow!!! Not good work ethic, at all! AND 2 of the employees had their 2 year olds with them! No place for toddlers to be at work with their mamas! Babies running around making noise, crying, playing, etc in a spa!!! Unbelievable! I will not return!
nathan op: Fannie should be running this place. She has more knowledge about everything in that store then any of the rest if the filks working there. She is very good at helping with all my plumbing needs. She is always so positive and happy.
Elizabeth Dupont: Started going about a year ago and gave them a chance despite hearing things about their service. I was charged $95 for a set that wasn’t even done well then again charged $65 for a full set, went back 2 weeks for a refill and was charged $70. They can never keep their prices the same and seem to up charge for people that aren’t locals. Their price menu is also conveniently covered with sticky notes. Will not being going back any longer and will no longer be recommending them to anyone.

You know right away when you have an exceptional experience and that is exactly what happened when Randy did my gel fills manicure. He’s incredibly fast, his work is art and he’s a great conversationalist too! Even better, his work is consistently amazing. The single best experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon and I’ve been getting my nails done for 30 years.
