4 /5 ECLECTIC 361: Wesley and EZ, and Michelle and Dr Tuan Dao and the rest of the staff are simple amazing, they are in network for us and the cleaning and Wisdom Tooth Extraction was nearly painless. It would be 5 stars but there was quite a few Gnats and thats not great. But absolutely everything else was perfect!

1 /5 Laurajean Bailey: Out of 50 years of seeing Dentists in a few different states, this one was the worst. No consultation on the reason I was there. For an extraction. Instead they started cleaning my teeth, hit a nerve and the pain was so incredible. They finally extracted the teeth that needed to be pulled. The staff was kind considering I was in extreme pain. But the whole situation was in my opinion sloppy and unprofessional. I hope to see an itemized list, hoping I wasnt charged for anything extra.

1 /5 Flora Spooks: Went there and put 2 crowns first time went again they wanted 5 more crowns for my teeth. Went to another dentist I only needed one more crown. They where trying to take advantage of my medicaid insurance at my teeth expensive. The exact same scam to my son too who has government insurance second opinion at another dentist he needed no crowns. Beware of these scammers they should be reported to government.

3 /5 Rose Irigoyen: I was impressed with my appointment with Elegante Dental! My Dental Crown looks beautiful. The Dentist takes his time and knows his job well. My crown looks like it was my normal tooth. The employees are so nice and they keep you calm during procedures by explaining what is occurring through the procedure. Excellent work!!!

1 /5 Lalu Perez: I took my kids here today (2M and 1F) and I am absolutely disgusted with how this Dr treats not only my kids but his own staff. Just demanding them, me and my kids to do things at his command and wanted to rush through everything. Places like this are the reason why kids grow up to hate the Dentist. I was overwhelmed by that whole experience so no wonder my kids were screaming the whole time, they didn’t let my kids get familiar with anything that was happening. Just forced them and made me hold them down so they could do what they needed to. To the two assistants that were helping the whole time, you both were great and I hope you get out of that toxic work environment soon.
