1 /5 ROBERT LEWIS: Total rip off, service is good but rates they charge are about 300% higher than normal rates! $65 to replace cabin air filters, when questioned charge, told it was labor! Takes about a minute to install! Charged more for filter than entire oil change!! Quoted price for flush then tried to charge additional $70.00 above quote! Charge $180 which is about $50 more than any other service station! Beware of this place, get a written estimate before you let them do any work!!!! I read your response, again you have wrong information, your service advisor credited me for the money above the quote for the flush, not the filter! As far as not being a good customer fit, I used your location in Lewisville for twenty years with nothing but praise and satisfaction! I moved to Denton this past year, I have used your location on 3 occasions prior to this visit and feel your prices are extremely outrageous! But as far as a good customer fit, you are right! You will never see me at your location again!!!

1 /5 Lynn: Spoke to a person by the name of Nick. Called in to get a price range for a service after visiting 2 different dealerships. Im told most times others are a little lower in price than actual dealerships. This seem to be a tough situation because it just couldnt happen. Not sure if he was having a bad day into 15 minutes of the day starting or what happened. I will happily take my business to Advance Auto. They are super nice genuine folks.

I love the transparency they have with their service, I was sent a detailed report on the condition of all the different parts of my car with pictures and everything! On top of that the person working on my car personally came out and talked to me and explained everything about my car and what it all meant!

5 /5 Marilyn Burgess: I recently had to have extensive work done on my 2007 Toyota Camry. I was told up front what needed to be done and even received pictures of what needed to be replaced. I was given the total amount of the service and that was exactly what I was charged. I was told about another problem that was going to eventually need to be repaired. It was my decision to have it fixed at that time at the agreed on price. The customer service that I received from Andrew and all the employees was some of the very best Ive ever experienced! They were completely transparent and up front about what needed to be done and what it would cost. I have recommended this shop to several people and will absolutely bring my car back to them for repair in the future!! As far as Im concerned, Lorentz Automotive is the very best!! Thank you Andrew and all of the employees!
