The office is clean, well-organized, and runs smoothly. Dr. Colson and Rachel (NP) are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explain my condition in detail, and discuss all treatment options. I never felt rushed, and their compassionate approach made me feel completely at ease. I highly recommend ENT and Allergy of West Texas.

I had both my kids with me that she took a look at as well and she explained everything very patiently to them so they wouldn’t be nervous. She was so tender and thorough and I felt like she took the time to answer all my questions in a way that I could understand. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family!

I found this place very unprofessional I had an appointment for pre surgery they had schedule surgery within months I had made arrangements the day and on the pre surgery appointment they just reschedule surgery because the doctor was going to be out and they didn’t call me or anything to re schedule made me loose a day of work and my sons school. Then after surgery the post surgery I had confirmed the app. When I arrived to the office there was just a note at the door that all appointments were cancel without any notice or call and without any intention to re-schedule. When I call to re schedule after waiting on line they hang up on me . Without to mention that we didn’t meet the Dr until surgery. I don’t recommend this place specially with kids. Patience reserved respect and intentional care .

5 /5 Denise Guehlstorff: Professional and caring! So many factors affect the day by day running of an office. Schedules change and voicemails can get missed. But the main difference between this and other practices is the fact that the doctors and staff actually care about their patients. No one is just an appointment or name on a piece of paper.. If you are looking a personal touch instead a strict schedule with no time for listening to the patient then this is a place for you.
