1 /5 Ae Sun Kim: Bad customer service, rude. I came at 3:30pm, and she said there was 3 people before me, itll will took around 1 hour if i want to wait. I told her im ok to wait. After 2 hour i still dont have my hair cut done. And then another lady come after me want to do color and jump in the line. Finally i have my hair cut at 6:30 pm after 3 hour wait. First time here and will never come back.

Came in with ombre hair (black top, brown bottom) and she was able to even out the color and add ash tone highlights to my hair. Overall impressed with the service.
